These terms explain the rules for using LumoSpot. By using the app, you agree to them.
LumoSpot helps you find outdoor seating that is currently or will soon be in the sun. It is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Signing in with Google is optional and lets you save favorite venues. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can delete your LumoSpot account at any time from the account menu.
Please don't misuse the app. This includes submitting false venue reports, attempting to disrupt or overload the service, or trying to access another person's account.
Sun exposure, weather, and opening hours are calculated and estimated automatically and may sometimes be wrong or out of date. A venue might have closed, changed its hours, or be partially shaded in a way our calculations didn't account for. Always check conditions for yourself before heading out.
LumoSpot uses several third party services to work, including Google for signing in and maps links, and weather and building data providers. These services have their own terms and are outside our control.
The LumoSpot name, logo, and design belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
LumoSpot is provided as is, without any warranty that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information.
We may update these terms or the app itself from time to time. Continuing to use LumoSpot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using LumoSpot or delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.
